Lead Pastor

Scott serves with a passion for helping people experience the hope and truth of Jesus in everyday life. Whether he's preaching on Sunday, mentoring leaders, or just grabbing coffee with someone new, his heart is to walk alongside people in authentic, meaningful ways. With a deep love for Scripture and a down-to-earth approach to ministry, Scott leads with both conviction and compassion.

Valerie keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating schedules and managing communications to supporting ministry teams and organizing key church functions. Her attention to detail and heart for service ensure that nothing—and no one—falls through the cracks. She’s often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call or email the church, and she’s always happy to help however she can.

Timmy loves creating an atmosphere where people can authentically encounter God through music. His heart for worship, paired with his musical gifts and thoughtful leadership, helps draw the congregation into meaningful moments of praise and worship. NCC Kids Director

Debbie joined the NCC team in 2024 with a heart to serve and a passion for helping children grow in their faith. She brings warmth, creativity, and care to everything she does, partnering with Kristen to create a space where kids feel safe, valued, and excited to learn about Jesus each week. Her joyful spirit and steady presence make a lasting impact on both children and families.

Kristen began co-leading NCC Kids in 2024, bringing a heart for discipleship and a love for creating a warm, welcoming environment for children. She partners with Debbie to help make our kids ministry a place where every child feels like they belong and can grow in their relationship with God. Her creativity and compassion shine through in every lesson, activity, and conversation.

Associate Pastor

Joshua is the newest member of our team and brings a deep love for God and His people. Born in the Bronx, he has served as a pastor, worship leader, and teacher for over 15 years. Joshua is passionate about shepherding with integrity and humility. He and his wife, Sara, have a son, Isaac, and enjoy serving together as a family.
